discuss the basic principles of storage networking, SAN, block and file I/O, LUNs and storage systems,

Presenter: Marc Farley has spent the last 10 years specializing in storage networking technology.
His knowledge of storage is summarized in the newly revised storage reference book, Building Storage
Networks. Mr. Farley's experience in storage networking includes writing articles and holding various
positions in systems engineering, business development, product management, technical marketing,
strategic planning and corporate management. He has worked in start-ups and large corporations including
IBM, Hitachi, Crossroads, Palindrome, ConvergeNet, and SanCastle. Recently, Marc co-founded Teach2Fish,
Inc., a marketing education company that builds core marketing competencies in technology companies.
His practice in Teach2Fish is centered on product management processes, including the identification,
prioritization and documentation of market requirements. Marc holds a BS in Physics from the University
of Washington.
